Toasted Elaine with a couple of Vodka Stingers sitting in our posh back yard . 

A vodka stinger is only vodka and white creme de menth - getting tipsy on mouthwash -

but really only the first one was awful ( the second being mostly watered down _

But as good gays, we had to do it.

 Had some little hummus and chips -

and did some really good bbq chicken - cooked a good long slow time. I found out the secret to good bbq chicken - a big shaker of vodka stingers. Then just some roasted new potatoes and a bought Wegmans chopped salad

Then yesterday I made a huge pan of Mexican Lasagna - which Neil just loved, ate it two days in a row.. It is just as easy as it can be to make, I'll do it again soon and do a post. Not a good photo, and its upside down, but was yummy...
