What else were we going to have tonight ?
Sort of my stand by cold weather sausage and kale soup, this time with a serious load of onions to start with. Topped with swiss cheese and a drip of nutmeg. Yes, I still have my Christmas table cloth on in the dining room - getting things back to "normal " is taking me a bit longer than I had planned. Had some things to do yesterday, and once we got home today, all I could do was cocoon - it was just that cold.
