Lunch

Our plans were to have a late lunch after the movie up at a Mexican restaurant that we thought was up in that part of town. It has been a while since we were up there and the restaurant had changed. Unlike Georgia, there are not Mexican restaurants on every corner, and a traditional dive-y sort of one where you can order by number ( #7 with a chicken relleno ) is just very hard to come by. So, no lunch for us - until Neil searched for something and found this true dive of a place that was near where we were.  Im not even sure what it was called but it was massively popular, and for GOOD reason.

Tiny little hot line of a place, there was some eat in , but BLARING Spanish music kept us from doing that, most of it looked like take out. Very crowded little spot, and you have to know what you are doing in order to, well order. We just stood back and watched a bit and figured it out. A large is rice beans, two entrees and a salad - med is one.

Only on weekends do they ave the seafood rice, which everyone was getting. Neil got the large with seafood rice, some pulled pork that was some of the best Ive ever had and baked chicken. I got yellow rice, and feeling adventurous got the oxtail, which was tasty but a little hard to eat - but glad I did it.
Enough food for three meals - we will go back to this place again. For you Roch folks I will find out the name - and where we were.
